      <title>Email deliverability issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am getting the following error message when sending emails to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:davidmallows@btinternet.com" target="_blank"&gt;@btinternet.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;email addresses. Email messages are legit (order confirmation emails) but for some reason got rejected and customers are calling back to know if their order has been receieved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Below is an example of the bounce message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;host mx.bt.prod.cloud.openwave.ai[65.20.50.207]&lt;BR /&gt;said: 554 Message rejected on 2025/05/03 09:48:03 BST, policy (3.2.1.1) ID&lt;BR /&gt;(67F5EB030AAE0DCC) - Your message looks like SPAM or has been reported as&lt;BR /&gt;SPAM (in reply to end of DATA command)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is happening roughly since April this year and it looks like it is affecting more senders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please take a look a this and help us resolve the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
