      <description>&lt;P&gt;I now have 60 emails in my inbox which I have tried to access for weeks but all I keep getting is an error page &lt;A href="https://email.bt.com/mail23/index-rui.jsp?v=MX_2.33.0#app/mail" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://email.bt.com/mail23/index-rui.jsp?v=MX_2.33.0#app/mail&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;which I thought might go eventually. Does anyone know how I can get rid of it please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
