Not receiving emails from some trusted senders

I'm not receiving emails from two trusted senders. One has a @SKY.com address and the other a hotmail.com address. I've checked Trash and Spam and the aren't in there.

I'm not receiving emails from two trusted senders. One from a @SKY.com address and another from a @hotmail.com address. I've checked Spam and they are not there. They are marked as safe senders.

Thanks for posting on the BT Community 🙂

Could you try the steps in the BT Mail problems - I don't seem to be receiving some or all of my emails page and make sure the email addresses are not showing in the block senders list.

If nothing is showing in the block senders list, could you ask the senders to try and email you again to see if this is received? Also, do they receive emails from you?

Thanks Leanne. I'll try those things. (Yes they have received my emails and I've received emails from them in the past.)
