    <description>&lt;P&gt;How are you trying to access BTMail of your laptop. Is it with a web browser or are you using an email app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If using a web browser have you tried clearing your web browser's history and cookies? When you do that make sure that you select the option "Clear All Time" if your browser offers that option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>using BT mail on laptop issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We both have BT mail app on phones for convenience.&amp;nbsp; Recently when trying to log into BT mail on laptop the screen&amp;nbsp; flickers on and off asking us to relog in&amp;nbsp; with a screen that appears and disappears very quickly so nothing can be done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else had this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
