    <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be a BTMail server issue. You could try turning off your BT hub for about 30 minutes and when you turn back on t will have been issued with anew IP address and connected to a different server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have already done that or have tried using a different network such as at a friends and the problem is still there you will need to contact the BT Premium email team on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;0808 100 6778&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;who should be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My email account has stopped sending messages when using Outlook.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"sending - reported error (0x800CCC67) - the server responded 421 Too many messages (2.3.2.2) from 2.127.50.20"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried on two computers, the second doesn't actually give me that error message but messages don't send.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over 24 hours now so assumed if I had been put in email jail I would have been released by now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems to work ok when I log in to BT via the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Receiving messages is fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Products" then "Email Manage" and check at the top of the page what type of email you have. It should show Premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it does show Premium there have been some reports on the forum that Outlook seems to be having problems with BTMail particularly on Windows 11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To eliminate Outlook can you down load another email client such as Thunderbird and set it up as an IMAP account to see if that will send and receive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Checked and confirmed it shows Premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Downloaded Thunderbird (it was quick!) and tried to send a message but got similar issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sending of the message failed.&lt;BR /&gt;An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Too many messages (2.3.2.3) from 2.127.50.20. Please check the message and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'll get this flagged with our email team, but in the meantime there are just a few further things to double check.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you given the BT Email app a try to see if this gives the same issues?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd definitely recommend trying the reset that &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/104648"&gt;@gg30340&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; has mentioned here too.&lt;/P&gt;
