Why is it that perfectly normal emails from contacts with whom I have been corresponding for months or years suddenly get delivered to Spam? Is there any rhyme or reason for this? It just seems random and irritating.

Would it help if the contacts on my i-phone were synchronised with the contacts on my laptop? If so, how would I go about it?

Thanks,

Nigel

Thanks, and yes that is what I do when I find the message in Spam but what I really want is to stop them going to Spam in the first place!

once email as marked as safe it should go directly to the inbox are you using webmail

u can set up an unlimited number of filters that will automatically sort any of your incoming emails to the folders of your choice, including the Spam folder.

Go to the dropdown arrow under your username in the top right-hand corner of your email account and select Settings. Now, select the Mail option from the left-hand menu.
