    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently cancelled my BT Broadbrand servive and ordered&amp;nbsp;premium email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it doesnt appear under "your products" in mybt.com.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I go to "account info - manage email addresses" I get error message "&lt;SPAN&gt;Warning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, because of a technical error we're not able to continue at the moment. Please try again later."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How do I confirm my premium email has been properly set-up?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you can stll send and receive using an email client or email app you will be on Premium but to check for sure call BT&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;0808 100 6778&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
