    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are not able to send emails on BTMail it is irrelevant that you can send emails using a different email service. They all use their own server settings and email servers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account or did you migrate to EE Broadband?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If none of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client or email apps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;See link&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/email/bt-email-products" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/email/bt-email-products&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to send email from my iPhone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error message: NETWORK ERROR &amp;nbsp;POSIX 96&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Everything was perfect yesterday. Is this a fault on the BT side as &amp;nbsp;Gmail and Apple email are fine?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It has nothing to do with BT or EE or migration to them. It turned out to be the security settings on my router which is a Three router. I dispensed with BT and EE some time ago. They are both exorbitant and BT own EE. All I have retained is email— and I have to pay for the privilege of that.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps if you had mentioned that you were using your own router and that you were paying for your email account through a BT Premium email account an answer regarding that may have been forth coming. At least it is sorted now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
