Hi,

I'm having difficulty logging on to my email via my laptop.

Username and password boxes appear in the centre of the screen (not on left as usual) and disappear after a second, then the three dots and they reappear and disappear continually.

This is the code that appears in the URL box: https://email.bt.com/mail/index-rui.jsp?v=MX_3.11.0.6

followed by: https://email.bt.com/mail/saf/login.jsp

I've still got email on my phone, so there doesn't seem to be a problem with my email as such.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Simon

EDIT - it seems to eventually connect but is taking about 5 minutes!

If you are using a desktop shortcut you should try using the email button at the top of this page. If that doesn't work try a different web browser.

If that does work try clearing your original web browser's history and cookies.

When you do that make sure that you select the option "Clear All Time" if your browser offers that option.
