So like every couple of weeks my bt email keeps getting broken in to. I use a different email for my bt password then all my other passwords and the only place it is saved is written down in my diary so I don't get how they keep getting in.

Is there like double factor security or something that I'm missing to make the email account secure? Because it's happened like 8 or so times in the last year and it's driving me insane, and once they're in the email they can obviously start attacking other accounts.

I did scan for malware on my computer and nothing came up- same with my phone? And my password is high level? I'm just lost what to do with this and tbh at my wits end- if I can't secure it then I'm going to have to move away from BT because it's the only place I have problems. I don't want to if possible though!
Please help!
Thanks xx

Follow up to previous question- how do you change your security question because that's the only way I can think they're getting in that I haven't changed- but it says I can't change it online and hasn't told me where I can change it?

Do I need to call someone, and if so who?

Thanks!

xx

Hey there @stophackingme.

If you're having some trouble getting this updated online, I would recommend contacting our email support team, and you can highlight with them both the recent security issues, and discuss your security questions, too.
