I strongly suspect it is, as it is not addressed to an individual doesn’t have an account number. EE customer with btinternet.com email address.

To continue accessing your Mailbox after November 9th/2025, you must Confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Service.

Thank you for getting in touch and telling us about this.

Signs of a scam email

The email sounds urgent or threatening
There are spelling or grammar mistakes
They ask for personal details, passwords or bank details

What to do

Don't click links, open attachments or reply
If its seemingly from BT, forward as an attachment to phishing@bt.com, if not report@phishing.gov.uk
Then delete the email
Even real-looking emails may have been spoofed
