      <title>Bt account and email still active years after leaving bt, how do I deactivate them</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, it has been quite a few years since I was with BT for broadband and Phone, but moved to someone else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now and again I check my old email address, and despite being told that after 6 months the account would be deactivated and deleted, I find that the account and email are still very much not deactivated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get BT to deactivate my account and email?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice welcome?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
