No emails from noreply@email.apple.com

My wife uses her Apple calendar and sends me an invite to any events.

These invites come from noreply@email.apple.com and I can receive them on my work email account, my Hotmail email account but not my BTinternet email

The address is added as a Safe Sender but still gets blocked, how can I fix this?

I tried to post the details of my issue but apparently this is suspected spam!

To put the issue into as generic a question as I can

I have 2 non BTinternet email accounts that receive an invite from an Apple calendar

The BTinternet email does not receive an invite nor does it go into Junk email. The Apple email address is in my Safe Senders list but nothing received - why?

Due to posting an email address your post was automatically flagged as spam, but I've reviewed this, released it back into the forums and merged it with your second post so they're all in one place.

Have you been able to receive these invites in the past, and do you know if the sender gets a notification that they're blocked?

No I've never received these invites and there is no notification to the sender that the invite didn't get through.

I have tested this with different account and it only appears blocked by BTinternet for some reason?

Thanks for confirming that, @wysesr2.

I've gone ahead and flagged this with our email team now to see if it's an issue they're familiar with.
I'll let you know if we get any updates here, too!

Did you ever get a resolution to your issue? I have the same issue with an email not receiving emails from noreply@email.apple.com

No I ended up using a combined calendar from Hotmail and BTinternet so I can see the invites my wife sends to the Hotmail account, not ideal but it works!
