email address auto fill

Hi , I,ve lost BT Email auto fill on my laptop , it,s OK on my tablet and mobile phone , when I start to type the addressee name , it shows my choice of names for that letter , when I choose the name I want , and click on it nothing happens , it just shows the letters I,ve typed, and I have to type the adddress fully , any ideas please ?

It is your browser that stores the autofill and has nothing to do with BTMail.

If it is Firefox you are using see this thread.

I,m using Firefox , and having problem with entering BT email address , my tablet and mobile phone works OK , my gmail works OK , when entering email address

I note you have posted on the thread I posted the link to. Did you actually read the thread and have you complained to Firefox?
