You are wasting your time trying to block them. The emails will not be coming from the email address that you can see. That will be a spoofed email address in order to conceal the true sending address.

See link about spoofing.

Email spoofing - Wikipedia

The actual email address that the emails are coming from will be computer generated and will be constantly changing hence why you can not block it.

You can look for the true email address in the email headers but as I have said, the address will be constantly changing to prevent them being blocked.

Have a read of the following link where you can report it to BT .

How to deal with spam in BT Email | BT Help

You could set up a "rule" in your BTMail account settings to try and block the emails that way but there is no guarantee that will work.

Make sure you do not click on any links or "unsubscribe" links as all that does id confirm that they have been received by a live email address.

Spam emails from "BT", can't block elfsightmail

I'm getting repeated "official" e-mails from a source called elfsightmail telling me all sorts of things about my account and how I need to click on this or that link to change my password etc. I cannot block it. I try to block and report as spam and I'm told it's already on my blocked list, but I'm getting at least two per day. They're not even addressed to me - how are these getting through and how do I block them permanently?
