Hello!

I'm getting very frustated with BT emails.

I get nothing for days and then a lot appear.

This afternoon I have been trying to get into my Fitbit account, but I have forgotten the password.

I get a message from Fitbit saying "Forgotten Password email sent", but I get nothing on Outlook or BTMail.

I have tried sending it to my other BT email address, but still nothing.

Everything worked fine before it chaged to EE.

Cheers,

BTMail has not changed to EE it is still BTMail no doubt because EE does not offer an email service to its customers.

Have you checked your spam folder?

Presumably the password is not stored in your "notebook" that you have previously mentioned in another thread.

Have you checked that the password is not in your web browsers "stored password" section in the browser's settings.

Unless you know the email address that fitbit is using to send the email there is not a lot that can be done by forum members to help you other than you could try adding the Fitbit domain into your safe senders list in the BTMail settings. The domain is most likely fitbit.com.

You could contact Fitbit and ask them to reset it manually for you.

Contact us - Fitbit Help Center

If you click through the procedure set out in the above link it brings you to an option for the company to contact you.

You could also try contacting the BTMail Team on 0330.1234.150 to see if they can help.
