      <title>No longer receiving emails in Outlook from BT email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have stopped receiving emails in Outlook from my BT email. Though I can still send emails from Outlook via BT that arrive at their destination.&amp;nbsp; My setting seem to be ok with IMAP on the correct ports. It was working correctly until 2 day ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get error code when trying to send a test email saying "an unkown errror occured, error code 0x800c8101&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have and ides&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apologies for my late reply, this is due to my wife having to go to A&amp;amp;E.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some weird reason all is now well and emails have restarted downloading into Outlook on my laptop&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all the replies&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
