&lt;P&gt;Have you tried turning off your BT Hub for about 30 minutes?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It could be a case of having to call our customer care team to see if they can look into this further.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT Email and Microsoft Sync Technologies IMAP</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a 16GB BT email box. &amp;nbsp;New messages arriving in the BT inbox are taking up to 30-45 minutes before they appear in my Mac Outlook client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The mailbox is configured in Mac Outlook as IMAP and to use&amp;nbsp;Microsoft Sync services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this delay likely caused by the size of the BT mailbox or Microsoft Sync services?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice welcome as emails with OTPs can take too long to arrive, by which time the code has expired. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
