Deleted emails

I have deleted an email by mistake and i cannot retrieve it. I tried the messaging help bot but that was a waste of time

If it isn't in your trash folder (which it should be if you have only just deleted it) it is gone permanently and can't be recovered.

If you log onto your BTMail account using a browser (Webmail) and the deleted email is not in your trash folder it means that it can not be recovered and is gone for good.
