    <description>&lt;P&gt;How long was "ages ago"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check that your iPad/iPhone have the correct IMAP settings as per this link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/email/manage-email-account/manual-settings/what-are-the-settings-for-outgoing-and-incoming-bt-email-servers" target="_blank"&gt;BT Email server settings | BT Help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check that your BTMail email account is still registered as a "Standard" account. To do that log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Products" then "Email Manage". It should show the status as "Standard" and not "Basic".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the same issue in the last few days. I can get my emails by logging onto BT about not on my phone or iPad accounts. I am an EE customer now but that switch from BT was ages ago and I have not been advised of any ‘downgrade’&lt;/P&gt;</description>
