      <description>&lt;P&gt;Stuart, I hope you are still a moderator for the BT Community as I need your help and you helped someone with a similar issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have my principal e mail account ending&amp;nbsp;@btconnect.com and an Sub account for my wife, ending the same way. I am really struggling to find anyway of getting support from BT to reset my wife's password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is little support for the e mails ending&amp;nbsp;@btconnect.com, she has changed iphones to a new model and the outlook mail is asking for the password, which she does not reacall - is there any support you can support me with to reset the passowrd&lt;/P&gt;</description>
