How to read older messages. Again!

Hi. the other week I looked into this. Well it was about eight to ten weeks ago really. I wanted to check my older messages. Someone suggested using 'Conversation View'. That was great and it worked a treat. But now, for some strange reason, even using that DOESN'T work anymore! Don't BT want me to be able to check my older messages? Today is Sunday 10th May, at 16:20 and the furthest I can go back into my previous emails is Saturday morning (9th. May). Please someone tell me why? And if there is some way of checking these older messages? As I can't always read them on the day they're sent, and also, I regularly have to check way back for things and deal with something sent weeks ago! Well this is no good on BT at the moment and I will have to change my email provider if this cannot be fixed! Is it something security related, as I expect? Or is this latest problem fixable?
