    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI &lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/349652" target="_blank"&gt;@David_W102&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our email team have suggested it may be a client/account configuration issue rather than being only provider related.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you check the email you're using are configured to use SMTP authentication, and the password is correct- some versions of Thunderbird may gain multiple outbound/outgoing SMTP server configurations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Please remove any duplicate/unwanted SMTP configurations and check the remaining ones are correct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please let me know how you get on, or if all the settings are correct but continue facing a slow sending response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Which date did you move over to Toob?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there - Looks like I have the same issue. Just signed up with Toob 900mbps and starting seeing issues with sending emails (receiving was fine). Spent a day pulling my hair out trying to figure it. My email client (Thunderbird) was reporting an issue with SMTP server... Spoke to Toob and BT and didn't really get very far. Then decided to use my phone as a hotspot instead of the Toob router and bingo can send emails again. So can anybody enlighten me as to what the issue is and how to recify ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it works with a hotspot but not via Toob, it would suggest your IP address allocated by Toob is on a blacklist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect Toob IP address pool is the problem here, there are other posts from Toob customers having mail problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I'm not currently with BT Fibre but am with a co called Toob. I do have a premium email account with BT though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For a while I was with TalkTalk (FTTC) which worked fine with my BT email service. So recently I moved to Toob for their Full Fibre service which works great but I have noticed that emails sent (SMTP) are taking a while to process and send. Receiving emails is fine. I haven't changed any of the settings on my email client (Thunderbird, but have also tried Outlook).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tests using a web based client are fine with emails sending immediatly. I have also removed the Toob router and fibre connection and used a mobile phone hotspot which again was fine with emails being sent immediatly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wonder whether anybdy has come across this weirdness...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
