      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I'm hoping someone from BT or the community can help with a persistent email delivery issue affecting one of my clients who is a BT Internet subscriber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The problem:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Emails sent from my domain&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;centralnest.co.uk&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;— specifically Google Workspace eSignature requests and Google Calendar meeting invitations — are either being silently blocked or landing in spam, despite my domain being fully and correctly authenticated. Regular emails from the same domain arrive without any issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What I've already checked:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_heavy_check_mark:"&gt;✅&lt;/span&gt; Domain checked against&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;70 email blacklists&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;via MXToolbox —&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;0 listings&lt;/STRONG&gt;, completely clean&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_heavy_check_mark:"&gt;✅&lt;/span&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;SPF&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;record correctly configured (includes Google, Amazon SES, HubSpot)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_heavy_check_mark:"&gt;✅&lt;/span&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;DKIM&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;active and valid&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_heavy_check_mark:"&gt;✅&lt;/span&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;DMARC&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;record published and syntactically correct&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_heavy_check_mark:"&gt;✅&lt;/span&gt; The sending infrastructure is&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Google Workspace&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(drive-notifications.bounces.google.com)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;The eSignature emails originate from&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;esignature-noreply@google.com&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;signed by&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;google.com&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;— a trusted, major sender. Neither my client nor I received any bounce or failure notification, suggesting the emails are being&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;silently dropped at BT's gateway level&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;before reaching the mailbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What I'm requesting:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Could BT please whitelist the following so that my client receives all correspondence without issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Domain:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;centralnest.co.uk&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sending infrastructure:&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;google.com&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;/&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;drive-notifications.bounces.google.com&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;My client's BT email address is at&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;btinternet.com&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;and this is affecting a live business contract (NDA signing).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Is there an official process to request domain whitelisting, or does my client need to contact BT support directly to resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Any help appreciated.
