how do we remove the pass code system?

This is probably in the wrong area. But I can't find a general area.

How do we remove the pass code system? I didn't ask for 2 step authentication. The first time I've used it you sent me 2 pass codes within a minute of each other and neither work. So I'm locked out of the account for a while.

Is there any other way to get in my account online? Because this is going to become annoying fast if it's not resolved.

there are numerous posts on forum about 2FA you cannot remove the 2FA

Do we know how long it will take for the pass code system to reset?

When I tried logging in it sent 2 pass codes within a minute of each other. Neither works.
