Hi, I am no expert on this topic, BUT today 26.05.26 I received 2 mails purporting to come from BT inviting me to complete a questionaire in exchange for a 60% discount on certain BT products. None have been replied to.
The mails arrived via inbox rather than junk mail

A little while ago, I also had a mail from BT explaining they have additional links with NORTON Security to improve safety for BT customers online.
I already have Norton security and have not noticed any difference.

Can only conclude the link up with Norton is also a scam.

Anyone experienced similar. ?

The survey email is a scam.

If you check the email address by hovering your mouse over it you will see it is NOT a BT.com email address.

BT have changed the name of their Norton antivirus to Cyber Threat Protect so the email you received is not necessarily a scam howver you should not click on any links in an unsolicited email unless you are 100% sure it is from who it purports to be from.

About Cyber Threat Protect and how to activate it | Security Help | | BT Help
