Hi all,

Just a quick one to say we're aware of an increase in phishing emails being sent to customers.

For example - Solved: Re: Scam email or not - BT Community

Please be extra cautious if you see any unexpected emails. This could be from accounts claiming to be BT or EE, with new offers, changes to Ts and Cs, or any other official-looking messages.

If you aren't sure, please check out our help pages for guidance on identifying and reporting potential phishing attempts.

I've been receiving quite a few phishing emails recently that claim to be from BT or EE.

I do find it a bit odd, though, that BT are unable to filter out emails that claim to be from them but clearly are not!

Hey there, @andydenyer

Our Spam filters are constantly evolving and learning based on the traffic we see on the platform, along with the spam reports we see.

Patterns for spam can often change too tough, so sometimes some may still come through.

We'd always recommend reporting any spam emails that arrive in your inbox to phishing@bt.com, and you can also find out more details here:
