      <title>email issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i cannot attach PDFs or Jpegs to my email. they simply do not upload. they used too no problem, but now will not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can attach word documents. the online help is not great tbf. it stated log out/in which ive done, still the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it also suggested clearing my email cache. ive no idea how to do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is no option to speak to BT as im now with EE broadband. or should i speak to them even though my email is a BT address?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any help much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
