email issue

i cannot attach PDFs or Jpegs to my email. they simply do not upload. they used too no problem, but now will not.

i can attach word documents. the online help is not great tbf. it stated log out/in which ive done, still the same.

it also suggested clearing my email cache. ive no idea how to do this.

there is no option to speak to BT as im now with EE broadband. or should i speak to them even though my email is a BT address?

any help much appreciated.
