Hi Rach,

Thanks for your suggestion. I didn't know that you could specify a date range for a search on calendar. At the moment I just open up calendar and put a search term into the box. It doesn't matter what year/month calendar is showing on the screen, the same search results come up ...starts with the oldest found item then subsequent items until the results screen is full.

Pleae can you tell me how to specify a date range. If I can do this, my problem will be solved.

Whenever I search for an event in calendar, the list of matches appears to be restricted to one page. The search starts with the oldest date so I get the historic events but none of the more recent ones once the page has been filled. This is annoying as I then have to delete sufficient historic events to permit the recent ones to fit into the single page. Would it be possible to extend the number of events to include all those which match the search criteria, not just the oldest ones i.e. remove the single page restriction when presenting the results of the search.

Thanks so much for your patience while we were getting this looked into. Would you be able to try amending the dates you are searching between, to see if this helps at all?

If you select the down arrow to the right of the search box then you should be able to see the date fields @delphinium9.
