    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you still access your email account using webmail (on a browser)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What device are you using this on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try a different email client such as Thunderbird or if using a mobile device try Bluemail or even the BTMail app to see if the problem is with Outlook.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Re-check your settings and make sure that you have not ticked the box "Require Secure Password Authentication".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also make sure that for the Outgoing server it is ticked "use same as my incoming mail server"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can access my BT email account using webmail with no problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently changed form a PC (1 years old) to a new HP laptop and loaded MS 365.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The New outlook worked for about a week then for some reason just stopped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I changed to Classic outlook but that just get kept send/receive and outgoing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mail got stuck in the outbox until i came out and went back in again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can now not access classic outlook either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect it is a setting somewhere in Outlook that is causing the problem but that is just a guess.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could contact Microsoft to see what they say but no doubt they will blame BT and if you contact BT they will no doubt blame Microsoft or state that they do not support email clients which means they do not offer help if you have a problem with an email client because there are far to many email clients available to have a good knowledge about them all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Personally I would bin Outlook and stick with Thunderbird which is a perfectly good email client which I have been using for years on multiple devices without any problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The old standalone MS Outlook 20xx were absolutely brilliant, I still use Outlook 2010. However, the new free Outlook is totally dire and have no idea why you would wish to use it in preference to Thunderbird.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
