Have used CC Cleaner on my desktop PC, I have two BT email accounts, one I can sign into with no problem the other is asking to send a code to my phone to log in, it shows the last 4 numbers of my telephone number and says it has sent a text to me to authorise the account, but I never get a message, there seems to be no other way to authenticate the account.

Any advice of how to sort this out?
