I can't find an email address that I have given to Friends and Family

I gave an email address to my wife a few years ago, but in the last month or so it has dropped off my dashboard.

The dashboard still recognizes that I have given an email address away, but it is no longer listed.

Could someone from the Premium Email / Specialist Email Team refresh the sub-account links on the backend code to force my wife’s email address to reappear on your dashboard?

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not have account access.

If you are a BT Premium email account holder you will need to contact the BT Premium email team 0808.100.6778 and explain your problem to them.

EDIT: Did you "gift" the email account to her or just give her it.

If you "gifted" it as per the correct BT procedure she would have needed to set up her own BTID ad use her own MyBT to manage the email account.

If she was gifted it have you checked her MyBT to see if it is showing there?

It looks like someone has waved a magic wand. I've gone into MyBT today to check the emails against my account, and sure enough my wife's email address is back - listed under the 'Email addresses you've given to friends and family ' section.
