Can’t receive notifications or emails from Temu

I ve been receiving emails/order notifications from Temu for the last three years but just over a week ago they all stopped.

I've tried reinstalling the app, toggling on and off preferences on the app and checking my preferences on my email but nothing seems to work.

I’m using my iPad and there was recently an update ..the problems may have started after that, Temu says there’s no problem their end.

Any advice appreciated

Check that you have not blocked the Temu email address or the Temu domain.

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail".

Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it.

Click on the small "Trash" symbol at the right hand side. It will only delete the email address from the blocked senders list not your contacts list.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Are you receiving other emails normally, or is the problem only affecting messages from Temu?

If other emails are arriving as usual, could you also check your Spam/Junk folder and search your mailbox for "Temu" to see whether the messages are being filtered or filed elsewhere?

I am having the same problem

no order confirmation or shipping update

but promotion emails are coming through no problem

I tried going directly into bt email and it comes up as locked try again in 20 minutes

any help when you get it working or someone helps

i don’t normally use bt web email I use the mail client on my iPad/iphone

everthing was fine with mail on my iPad until the last couple of weeks

i have stopped getting order notifications from Temu ,getting other emails from Temu and on Temu it said there was a problem

so I thought I would log into bt web mail to see if anything on there

can’t see anything

even when I went into Temu to check email it had to send me an authentication code and that came through ok

any help thoughts thanks

I suspect the problem lies with Temu
