Hello, I know there have been posts about this problem before so, hoping someone can help. Basically, my emails are no longer showing in sent folder, across a number of devices, three to be precise. I know I need to set up a proper backup system but, in the meantime is there anything that can be done to retrieve the present situation. It's bt webmail I'm using. Thanks.

The team have asked if you can go into your your Webmail Settings > Mail > Save Sent Messages, is this showing as ticked?

Thanks for your email. Yes, the sent box is ticked. Not sure exactly what's going on though, because I sent some emails today and they are in my sent folder! Don't know why that should be, it should be the same for all emails I would imagine. Thanks for your help.

Hi @Brixit

The team have opened a ticket to look into getting any emails within the last 14 days restored. To make sure this is successful can you make sure in your settings the Empty Trash on Logout option is unticked. This will make sure the restored emails are not deleted.

Hi @Brixit

The team have have restored the emails, which you should now be able to see in the trash folder.

If you could please move any of the emails you'd like to keep back in to your send folder that would be great.

Please let us know how you get on and once you have moved everything you'd like to keep.
