My friend's gmail messages aren't being received in my BT account

I've added my friend's gmail address to my contacts in my BT account, checked any blocked email addresses to ensure hers hasn't been accidentally blocked but all to no avail. She can receive my emails with no problem but none of hers are getting through to my BT address (obviously I've checked the spam folder).

I have several additional BT email addresses under my main BT email account and I got her to send an email to one of my other BT email addresses. It went straight into my inbox with no problem.

She doesn't send many emails so it's not as though BT could have flagged her gmail address as being a spammer and blocked her. I'm at a loss as to why I can't receive her emails at my main BT address but can at one of my additional ones?

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Did you check your blocked senders for the gmail domain , the part after @, and not just for the email address?

Distinguished Sage, you have my undying gratitude. Thanks to you, just discovered that the entire gmail.com domain was blocked. I have no recollection of doing that but either way, it's unblocked now and I'm certain that will solve the problem. Thanks a million!
