for about 1 week and more or less i keep getting this message when attempting to change my password ......" your account is temporarily locked please retry in 20 minutes ......the email i want to access is the email that BT let me use after my account was ended i was in hospital for a month and came home to this screen i can not use MY BT as i dont have it since the end of my BT contract please help as i have all of my hospital notes on it many thanks

if you are no longer a BT customer then your email will have been downgraded to basic mail and only accessible using a web browser - apps will not work
