I have exactly the same problem 3 bt email addresses all started failing last week. one Samsung email client one MS Outlook app. one PC based Office 2010 outlook client. BT have been blaming the third party clients and giving me the run around. Just found the common denominator. All failing over WIFI at home on BT Hub. Turned off WIFI Samsung client now able to login. Just trying to contact BT.

I have moved you onto your own thread as your problem is nor the same as the thread you posted on.

If the problem only happens at your home address on your own network have you tried turning off your BT hub for about 30 minutes. When you turn it back on it should have been issued with a new IP address and hopefully you will be connected to a different BT email server.
