Btinternet email

My wife and I both have BTinternet.com email addresses which we run on different laptops using different email clients.

At the end of last week (8/09/26) all our bt addresses stopped receiving emails but they were able to send emails. Received emails were readable on web access. In the early hours of this morning normal receiving was resumed on both laptops and email clients.

Does anyone know why and was there a problem with the BT server?

Nobody on the forum will know why or if there was definitely a problem with a BT server but that is the most likely answer.

I use Starlink as have no mobile signal and BT/Or used to give less than 1mbit/s DL

Emails are now swapped to BT Premium Email
