Can't receive notifications on my email. Anyone know how to fix this?

Can't receive notifications on my email.

They come through on one email address, but have suddenly stopped on my main email address that I use for work, so I'm not getting notifications from my website, professional directories, and so on.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the BT Community

When you say notifications are these automated emails triggered by your website? Are you using a third party email client or the BT Email app or BT Webmail?

Is this on the residential BTMail service or on a BT Business email account?
