What are BT email up to with my account

I use my BT email account both on my laptop & mobile phone through the BT App. For the last couple of days, the mobile App has kept logging me of with "your session has expired" resulting in frequent re-login requirements which dont always work. Now I get a notice saying my account isn't secure & go through a security check which involves entering a 4 pin code sent to my phone & changing my password. I've done this 3 times in the last 20 minutes to be told my account is secure & I can log on. But when I try using the new password, all I get is the screen "your account isn't secure" & insisting I resecure it again; what the hell is going on & how many times do I have to do this?

Don't know what happened to the link about this but it's disappeared. Pretty sure my account is not under attack, it's the continuous "your session has expired" messages on my phone that seem to have caused the problems with me continuously required to log on again which sometimes doesn't work & I have to go through security pin codes to get back in. My laptop log in is not affected but now the system has shut down access completely. Surely if I go through the security check & the BT bot says it's secure, I should be able to log on. But I cant & just get sent back to the page "your account is not secure". I need access to my emails, can an actual "human" sort this out?

Just tried to secure my account again with a new password after a break thinking it might make a difference. But after going through the same rigmarole, the BOT says "OK it's secure now, you can now log in"; but when I try, all I get is the stupid doom loop response again "please secure your account"! anybody please any ideas?

Thing is, my wife is still logged into & has access to her emails on her iPad! But it's my account, I can't even rescue it & still can't log into my emails. This is crazy BT, what the hell are you doing?

What you’ve described, it sounds like there is a discrepancy between what one bot thinks is secure and what the other one thinks is secure.

Might be worth trying a longer password, if you’ve not done so already. Say, at least 16 characters, including upper and lower case, numbers and symbols.
