Hello,

since my IPhone updated to IOS27 earlier this week, my BT Internet email account has not been working properly in the Apple email app. The cycle gets stick in "checking for mail.." and if I leave the account and check maybe half an hour later, it has downloaded some email, but from hours earlier. I have disconnected and reconnected the account and reset the IPhone. Anyone else having similar issues, or any suggestions please?

Same here. Tried everything. Deleting and reinstalling. Inputting the details manually. The phone also keeps asking for my password. In the end I had to download the BT Email app. Not ideal. Anyone have any ideas on fixing this? All other emails are coming in as normal. Just not with BT Internet
