Importing email address

I called BT to import my partners email address but they have managed to set her address in place of mine as the account holder email, and I am now showing as account manager so cannot change anything. Very frustrating as it's taken 2 calls and over 1 ¾ to get this far into a simple email import.

Can a moderator help?

the forum mods do not have account access so either continue with CS or try billing using message now
