Email Password

I have forgotten my email password . When I click on the Forgotten Password button, it sends me to a page where it asks me to enter my password (the one that I have forgotten!)

What do I do now

normally when you select forgotten password it send you to a page asking you for your email address so you can get link to change password

The page now says in a red headline Not available and gives a link to another page for which you have to sign in !!!

On The BTMail login page you should enter your email address. After doing that it will then bring up the page to enter your Password, click the link "Forgot Login Details" .

It may then request that you complete a "Captcha". After doing that you will need to enter your email address again.

It will then send a PIN to your phone number or email address that you should have completed in your BTID profile in your MyBT.

Once you have the PIN follow the prompts.

When I do as you say, I land on a page that states

And the whole process starts again!

Try using a different browser or clearing out the History and cookies of the browser that you are using.

You will need to contact BT 0330.1234.150 and ask them to reset your password.

You will need to answer some security questions and possibly give your BT account number so have that handy. If you fail the security test they will send out a PIN to the addresses that the BT Broadband account is registered to.
