Hi,

Talk Talk have cut off my dads landline after a miscommunication and are now saying that he has lost his number which he has had for over 40yrs how can he get it back

as your father is a TT customer then they should be able to reinstate his phone connection and number. There is nothing anyone on the BT Retail forum can do to help
