Voicemail full

My sister is alcoholic and we need to be able to contact her by the landline When we try to contact her, it keeps saying that the mailbox is full. How do we empty it?

Thanks for coming to the community.

I can understand the need to get this resolved to stay in contact with your sister.

If the mailbox is full, it would need access to the phone itself to check if the mailbox is full and deleting the messages from there.

If it isn't, we'd need to know what phone she is using so we can look at what else it could be.

Are you able to get access to the phone?

i I went down yesterday and managed to delete a load of messages by listening and deleting each one.
