Reporting spam calls

I want to be able to report spam calls to my landline using the form Report a scam call | BT Help. I can't do this because my landline number is only five digits long, and the form validation doesn't accept this as a valid format. I also can't find any way of asking BT to correct the form validation other than (hopefully) this forum. Can anyone help?

What area are you in, as I am not aware of numbers which are only five digits long. You must include your full national dialling code, not just your local short number.

I'm in Area Code 01629. The number is genuinely five digits, I suspect it's an old number that has been re-issued.
