      <description>&lt;P&gt;Only recently changed over to Digital phone line. I can receive some incoming calls but not all.&amp;nbsp; However, can make outgoing calls. Could be a number porting issue. Please advise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems to be a fairly common porting issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Good luck with trying to get customer services to understand the problem and do something about it.&lt;/P&gt;
