Export contacts list from sh2

Hi,

I am having difficulty in finding how to export my contacts list. I have gone to the sh2 hub manager, clicked on phone number and see a facility to import a file but nowhere is shown export. I've tried every option on the hub manager, but no luck.

Maybe a daft question but I'll ask it anyway, do you actually have BT's dedicated DV handsets? Contacts are only store in the SH2 when using those. I'm wondering if the option is absent because there's nothing to export?

I don't get a page anything like that. In Phone I just get text, without a banner, that says Import

Can you post a screenshot?

Are you definitely selecting contacts after selecting phone?

Sorry to Labour the point, but are the handsets definitely Digital Voice handsets registered to the hub rather than simply Digital handsets registered to a normal DECT base station plugged into the green socket on the hub?

Hi,

The handsets are all registered to the hub and are BT Digital Vioce.

In answer to your question, I go into the phone menu and get a choice Manage/ Phone

In Phone , I get a page which only says Import a file. There's no reference to Exporting a file.

Sorry, but I have to go now , will contact you tomorrow.

That's an EE Hub not a BT hub.

You need to post on the EE forum for assistance.
