    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have had a fault on line for nearly 2 weeks.&amp;nbsp; Initially could not dial out, or receive calls.&amp;nbsp; Fault was logged and 'fixed', but then could only dial out .&amp;nbsp; Fault again logged, but still not fixed (3 working days now passed + weekend).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have logged by text, and tried dialing 0800800151 but dont seem to be able to speak to an actual person to find out what the issue is.&amp;nbsp; The phone is my 84 year old mothers so need to be able to make contact.&amp;nbsp; Also want to claim some compensation for lack of facilities ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you reported the fault on the &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/report-and-track-your-bt-problem" target="_blank"&gt;Report and track your BT problem &lt;/A&gt;page? If so, you can track the progress of the report.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
