How can I register as a vulnerable customer?

All the BT 'Help' advice merely talk about ringing 03301234150. Tried that that, could not find any obvious options, got nowhere trying various combinations. Does anyone know the 'magic numbers' please?

As an existing BT customer, can I not simply access my account somewhere and register the necessary information?

As I said originally, I have already tried that 😞

The so-called 'help' section merely says to ring the quoted phone number, it does NOT explain which option and sub-options to choose.

Thanks for reaching out, I am sorry you have been having an issue registering your vulnerability. There is not a specific number or menu option for registering as any one of our guides should be able to get this registered on your account. So any of the available options such as to speak to someone about your bill, can get you to someone to register the vulnerability your account.

if any dept will help you register as vulnerable then try the billing message now
